SS AMS are Amino modified Silicone Fluids which are reactive and non reactive in nature that give excellent elastic properties, bounce, excellent softness, silky finish to variety of fabrics with durability and unique handle. If required, Supreme Silicones will provide emulsification process along with emulsifier.

How To Use

Supreme Silicones AMS can be easily converted into micro emulsion using suitable non-ionic emulsifiers. The micro emulsion can be diluted to any required concentration as per need. Preferred method is to add water to the emulsion and not vice versa.

Usable Life & Storage

When stored below 45°C in original unopened containers, Amino Silicones have usable life of 12 months. Store away from direct sunlight.

APPLICATIONS

SS-AMS can be easily converted into emulsion by using non ionic emulsifiers which are used in textile (Cloth & Garments) & leather to generate surface smoothness with a soft handle, suppleness & silky finish that is capable of withstanding repeated washing cycles. They are especially useful for Sarees, Suiting, 100% Cotton / Hosiery / Blended Yarns / Fabrics / Towels / Denim. SS AMS 200 gives super softness while retaining the hydrophilicity. Especially effective for Terry Towels, Knit Wear, Cotton and cotton blends etc. The product can be used by both methods i.e. padding as well as exhaust.
